3. Subscriber Responsibilities

The subscriber agrees to:

• Provide accurate personal and KYC information
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in activities such as:
  • Illegal downloading or distribution of copyrighted content
  • Hacking, spamming, or network abuse
  • Hosting or transmitting harmful or offensive content
• Maintain and safeguard login credentials

4. Billing & Payments

• All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed
• Bills must be paid before the due date to avoid service interruption
• Applicable taxes (GST) will be charged as per government norms
• Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services

5. Installation & Equipment

• Installation charges may apply depending on the plan
• Equipment (router, ONU, etc.) may be:
  • Provided on rental basis, or
  • Sold to the customer
• Any rented equipment must be returned in good condition upon service termination
• Damage or loss of company equipment will be chargeable

6. Service Availability & Downtime

• The Company strives to provide high uptime and reliable connectivity
• However, services may be affected due to:
  • Fiber cuts, power failure, natural disasters
  • Maintenance or technical upgrades
• KCS Fibernet is not liable for losses due to service interruptions
• Compensation (if any) will be at the sole discretion of the Company

7. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

• Unlimited plans may be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
• Speeds may be reduced after crossing specified data limits
• Misuse or excessive usage affecting network performance may lead to restrictions

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment is overdue
• Subscriber violates terms or engages in illegal activity
• Government or regulatory authorities issue directions

Subscribers may request disconnection by providing prior notice.

9. Refund & Cancellation

• Installation and activation charges are non-refundable
• No refund will be provided for partial usage of prepaid plans
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per company policy

10. Lawful Interception & Compliance

KCS Fibernet complies with regulations of the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), Government of India.

• Services may be subject to lawful interception, monitoring, or disclosure
• Subscriber data may be shared with authorized agencies upon valid request
• Users must comply with all applicable telecom laws and regulations

11. Data Privacy

• User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy
• By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage practices described therein

12. Limitation of Liability

• The Company shall not be liable for:
